Last week HSEC travelled to Rioja to welcome in another successful harvest at Bodegas Campo Viejo, the home to Britain's most-loved red wine.
Joining global media, taste-makers and influencers spanning as far and wide as Norway, Spain, Sweden, USA, Russia and Germany we were there to toast the 15th anniversary of their state-of-the-art winery and capture the true artistry at work behind-the-scenes.
We welcomed one of Berlin's most prominent food and wine influencers to Spain; Per Meurling from the delectable Berlin Food Stories blog, along with the Spanish duo behind the extremely popular lifestyle blog Cup of Couple. They were exclusively invited to join us in experiencing the hard work that goes into making every last drop of wine - even getting to pick their own grapes and taste the wines straight from the tanks in our Experimental Winery.
Alongside this we worked with Campo Viejo to commission a piece of live art from Slovenian artist Dreja Novak, a finalist from our recent collaboration with creative resource Talenthouse. We filmed beautiful content of the artwork as it evolved, mirroring the winemaking process across the winery and vineyard - and of course the masterpiece of wine created. Once edited and graded, this video will be shared with all global media to enjoy.
As for the artwork, it will soon be displayed in the winery for all to see.
